After I received my certification, I’ve received several similar stickers in a bid to get me to join different organizations. None of them have made it onto my car.

Hey, at least they are managing to fit their WI yearly registration stickers in the correct place in the bottom right of the frame, but inside/under the tag frame. Which is more than I can say for many other cars in WI. There are two distinct kinds of offenders: 1) people who put the year stickers in the correct place, but over the tag frame; 2) people who don’t understand how registration stickers work :
